Chevrolet Head Blocks

A Chevrolet head block refers to either:

Cylinder Head – the top part of the engine (valves, camshafts, etc.)
Engine Block – the lower part that houses pistons, crankshaft, and bearings
Or a complete long block – block + head assembled (often called a “crate engine”)
